Great sandwiches made to your choice and there is ingredients from beef, chicken and turkey. Their fries is my favourite, with cheese toppings. The prices are very much affordable

Charleys is one of my fav food joint... whenever we want to eat subs...I love there Philey steak sub... They have good variety options of sauces to choose from. The veggies and pickles used are fresh. They have there outlet in most of the famous malls within uae.

Tonight 2nd of March would like to report the all team working there for bad behavior against costumer. As I was eating in front of this fast food I witness this team along with happy bubbles team opposite them shouting at each other screaming and laughing like kids in kindergarden. I nicely requested the lady at Happy Bubbles to lower their voices ...so we can have a relaxed moment eating our meal ! From that moment this team started to exagerate on screaming Charleys none stop even though no-one was passing in front and kept laughing out loud with Happy Bubbles team... Later on I passed by this area and Charleys team started to shout Happy Bubbles. .. How extraordinary Charleys staff are paid by Charleys to actually scream and advertise Happy Bubbles INCREDIBLE ???? Security was informed twice once at 9pm about bad behavior and again at around 10h30 when I realised they were again making fun of myself and my family ! Charleys staff need to know how to respect clients of Sahara Center and not gang up with other fast food making fun and discrespecting client ! 3 fast food ganged up against us and were laughing at us and humiliating us Charleys Happy Bubbles and NYF Not acceptable Should not happened in Dubai Duty officer was called and informed of this unacceptable behavior ! I am a regular costumer and doesn't stand this kind of bulying of clients !!!! I understand they are paid a very low salary and their living condition might not be the best by sharing a room with few other staff but they have accepted a job and need to respect client and be more professional !

The best steak sandwich I'd say and also the fries with cheese and bacon. We usually order philly beef steak and also their lemonade is great and they come in several flavours.The steak is prepared right in front of us and served hot with all those juicy and mouth watering sauces and jalapenos.

I was very disappointed for what ive ordered this day..in the menu it was written jalapeno cheese steak meal..but suddenly when i started to eat my order i never feel that there is jalapeno and cheese...i never meet my expectation regarding about the steak.. it seems that i am eating shawarma.. loaded of vegetables..

Not too good as other Charley's I visited before. Think they are way too busy in malls to customize Subs the way you want. Highly recommend Charley's @ DAFZA
