Once I had to visit the Hospital to consult the Pediatrician, and it was a good experience. The positive thing that I've noticed that the customer management. The customer relationship executive gave helped us throughout the process from registration to consultation. The cleanliness is also a point to be added as they kept the premise clean. The doctor was also gave us a good advice for my child and I would recommend the hospital for the rest.

My experience with my family to get the first and second vaccine was remarkable. From receiving us to guide to right place, the admin. Part followed by smiling professional nurses and physicians, and all of that in Ana étage of 15 minutes per person. Thank you, and be blessed and safe

Worst Experience with Billing section. Manager speaking very rudely no proper information given to patient. Requested for Blood test report reception said will get in 30 min, 1 full day past no response from them. Doctors good, apart from them all supporting staffs are not supportive at all. For appointment patients also need to register at reception and worst thing there is token which most of people do not follow and who follow have to wait for hours to get registration done. Extremely Unsatisfied with support staff, would highly recommend higher management to look into this matter.

I consulted recently Dr. Knebel, Trauma & Orthopedic Surgeon, following a bicycle accident injury. The doctor was very attentive and took the time to explain to me the underlying issue and treatment. Aside from the doctor, the staff is very friendly (incl. the radiology department and nursing team).

I would only say they are the slowest hospital ever in everything, from Reception, Pharmacy to Lab and even emergency department was empty!! Thank you, its my first and last time I advise the management to be within their departments to see what's going on instead of reviewing their employees on the laptops and papers
