It’s my first experience to do go for Desert Safari I was really interested to have the experience The things happened were: The drive picked us up on time The driver was professional in driving and in dune bashing The money paid was good and fair enough The snacks were not tasty The fire work dance was fantastic and professional The belly dancer is good enough The Tanoura dance was good The dinner was a hell .. very simple things to have “chicken and meat were given like one for each person” Your booking is to sit on the floor - if you want the Couches there will be an extra 250 AED “they will bring you everything to the table” The Shisha part - we were 5 adults with 1 infant .. and another man was riding the car with us .. The shisha man told us that you have only Apple or Strawberry Shisha .. not anything else - if you want any other flavor you need to pay an extra 80 AED IF YOU TAKE THE 250 AED Couch .. you will get 1 complementary shisha (Only 1) to the table .. The biggest story is that the free apple and strawberry shisha can not be taken to the floor siting area .. if you want shisha in your floor siting area you need to pay 80 AED to get a new shisha to the table. The Dinner’s chicken and meat finished up before we eat!! We ate only white rice with vegetables All the photos taken by the photographer should be bought .. not for free The Hinna drawings are only one single bunch on one finger - anything more should have an extra 30 AED for each hand The Local Customs are Only very old BLACK ABAYA for females and a very old white Dishdasha (Kandoura) for men. Taking a photograph with the Falcon costs you around 10 AED Overall the experience has a l lot of limitations and you need to pay a lot in the Camp ..

Very unprofessional.. mis behaviour with customer..talked with 2 guys ..Anwar and Kaiser both dont know how to behave with customers...sending message in whats app in wrong way to customer..worst service..not recommended at all to contact even to this company After reading the reply i am writing again.. i did not agree for any advance payment. As per my old experience i told i will pay on the spot. Ur Kaiser replied in that “sure”. He did not tell anything after that. So when u are telling someone “sure” that means its confirmed. After that when after few hours I asked for confirmation mail then he told me about advance payment. All this are in chat so recorded. First you should know how to behave with customer, teach your guys then start your business. And recruit educated people who knows how to behave and how to tell truth. The chat I have in that I can show that you and your people r telling lie and how was his misbehavior. But just dont want to waste more time for the useless people.

Very unprofessional and Rude staff. As a customer, if you are asking details , then they don’t bother to reply and on top of that they yell at you if you ask details. Also staff blocked me on WhatsApp, such a childish and rude behavior. Very very very very pathetic people. Don’t book anything from them.
