Very rude lady who answered my query on the phone. Also responded to my good afternoon with ok! First time experienced such curt behaviour in UAE in regards to customer service. Had no basic manners and grunted into the phone like she was doing me a favour.
Giving 4 star for a man who picked my phone he talk to me very good manners,. Another day a lady pic she talk to me very rudely like im begging for something to her.
They don't want to open any account of new customers. No followup Too much busy
Wanted to open an account. My friend advised me not to. But still taking into consideration different experiences by diff people I went. Piece of advice please have all your documents required photocopied. Unfortunately I went there during afternoon time. There was no token system and only one representative on the counter. I requested to open an account and information was given in a polite manner. However I did not have the photocopied documents with me. And only one shop was around the corner. Which was closed for afternoon break. The representative did not even offer me help with regards to photocopying the documents. I can understand that’s the policy. But the gentlemen who was served before me got his documents photocopied by her at the bank itself. I did not understand as to why I was being treated in an indifferent manner. Was he a big account holder or the person from the same state I did not even bother to ask. But realized that if such treatment is given from the beginning of not being welcome I do not know what to expect later on. Despite of telling the representative several times that I do have the documents she did not even care to help. I went to another bank instead and they were extremely helpful. Never ever will I choose this bank.
The Bank is working fine, however the surrounding place, the building neighborhood is not well cleaned.
