The worst service ever in relation to the insurance and very poor internal communication, poor staff unable to realize the logic basics and they are not showing cooperation enjoying staying in comfort zone

5 counters are there in pharmacy.... but staffs i have seen in peak hours are not enough.. Long waiting always experienced.. this waiting is horrible for any one who come to take medicine after a long procedures inside clinic close to it..

I have been waiting for 18 mins ... Only because the lady at the counter is waiting for the approval. When other pharmacies r able to accept with out approval from the insurance Co, as they know which medicine comes under the insurance. Ok I'm still waiting now it has been 20 mins
