Very Bad irresponsible behavior from the lady who is handling visas, she was not even admitting her mistake for the error she has done for my son's biomatic scan and had to suffer and take leave from office twice. Paid extra money to get the biomatric scan done extra for the mistake in date of birth. Not advisable at all. Poor and Bad service
