One of worst real estate to deal with. They will enforce number of deductions from your deposit, following are the problems which I faced while dealing with them: 1: For maintenance they will make you beg for repair and maintenance, in summer AC won’t work and they will not even receive your call 2: As per their words, they will return deposit cheque within 15 days, but they gave me Post Dated Cheque after 4 months In Dec although I vacated the flat in 30 Aug. 3: They will deduct lot of money from your deposit and none of them will be communicated or agreed with you in start and they force you to take the cheque after deduction or they will not pay you 4: they will be make following deductions which make no sense: i - They will deduct money for visiting the flat ii - They will deduct money for paint (although as per law repair & maintenance is real estate job) iii - They will deduct money for cleaning the flat (I handed over the cleaned flat on 30 Aug, new tenant came to flat after 10 days and somehow as per signed documents they managed to clean and paint the flat on 22 Sep, which is complete lie) iv - Finally when they will give you cheque they will also deduct money for making the cheque If they didn’t find any damage, they will make lame excuses to deduct money from you. Apart from that staff is really non- professional, if you ask them question and refer to law they will laugh at you and say its our company policy and ironically they will never communicate the company policy to you at start of contract.

Very poor service. They do not attend your phone calls after registering the contract. Maintenance services are not offered and will not give any explanation. Very unprofessional and very unfriendly. Not recommended for families as well.
