Took very long time to reach, some of the items were damaged. Didn't packed in professional way. There is no tracking facility. Do not recommend. Try alternate cargo service.

It's almost 3months completed they picked my parcel and no update where it is. They are not even responding to my messages.
My feedback about service is good. We have received it in a good condition and there was no damage to the baggage. It took around 25 days from sharjah to kerala for the delivery. The overall service was good. The rates are reasonable compared to others.
This team of Sharjah with Majid and the rest right from Sunil who came to pack my things were absolutely terrific.Majid gave me tentative days for arrival of my cargo by sea 30plus days in Mumbai so also Sunil the (driver) but it was unimaginable the cargo reached in 21days The delivery man by the name Ismail was very impressive for his coordination at home. I highly recommend Al Usood Cargo they are the best
They say Door to door services however to offload we need to arrange workers and pay them separately. Reason being told by Mr Sachi from sharjah branch is that the union workers will make issues. However their staff from Kerala can offload the same if we pay them extra money. Pathetic service!!!
People never use Al Usood Cargo, as they don't have experienced people to pack the luggage and they will manhandle your luggage. My entire household appliances have been damaged and post sales service suck big time. No proper support to address the issue. Better go for other options available.
