I have had very bad experiencs with this company. Too much ill managed. I dont know their bus services but with aeroplane, after reaching jeddah, as i had executive car booking, they sent car to medina airport and i was at jeddah airport. After reaching the booked hotel, it was not booked really. After calling here and there hardly, they accepted that i pay to them and arranged a room for us. I will not recommend this company.
