Very very very bad .. slow working .. bad cutting and shaving .. he asked to to stay for extra 5 minutes for face cleaning (I thought its a sorry for bad shave) .. then he charged me extra 50 dhs

I went to this hair salon today afternoon around 3 pm, 4th May 2020. And the person in the counter said it's packed for now which was true because everyone was busy with their clients. So, he asked my phone no and said he will give me a call around 6:30. But he didn't. I thought it might be busy. Waited for iftar to finish and again went back, I saw 1 customer walking into the salon and I suppose he was just a walking customer. When I wanted to enter the same guy stopped me again OUTSIDE OF THE SALON and said its packed. I was so mad. YOU ARE STOPPING CUSTOMER OUTSIDE OF YOUR SALON. Moreover, I booked my time so he should be saying sorry for not calling me to inform first and secondly he should inform that walking customer that I had a booking. Moreover, he didn't ask me to come inside rather outside on the path asked me to come tomorrow again anytime in the afternoon. My question is, how do you expect me to come back to you with such a bad and pathetic service that you offer to your customers. It's not that only your salon is here in the whole Sharjah. And it was a racist. Customer I saw inside the afternoon and just now all were from the same nationality. So, it clearly says how racist your salon is. Disgusting.
