Very poor service. In just 6 months all cockroach came again. Please please never use service from Al Kenouz. Complete waste of money. They will promise 2 years but it hardly last for 6 months. Never ever take this service. Just money making bussinness. For god sake save your hard earned money. They will give only 6 months warranty hence better go for other option as their quality is extremely extremely extremely poor. Never ever go with Al Kenouz.

I have been dealing with them from a long time i was very happy and recommend many of my friends. But now i guess new management is very disappointing pathetic and horrible service. After gel treatment about 40 % roaches died remaining have multiplied. Not happy at all.
