VERY BAD SERVICE. they made the mistake in the receiver name and they are not willing to change it. Staff is not cooperative at all and NOT understanding. My sister Em ID went for replacement and we needed then to amend \their own mistake\..we produces copies of IDs and they r not willing to accept. We even produced original driver license and the amount is only aed 237 dirhams! I asked the staff to speak to manager and manager was not willing to talk. I dont recommend this branch. VERY poor customer service!!!

The filipina staffs who attend my query this morning in regards with my payroll card has no phone etiquett.The way she talks seems that she feels irritated,atleast have some patience when your talking to the phone and mantain a quality service through phone manners.
