Superb team. very understanding and knowledgeable. Reasonable price. They have the helping mentality. When we lost some of our important company documents from the hard disk, we were really worried, but this guys helped us to get the data back. We even got some older files which we thought lost for ever. Now they are our official service team.

I once came here because my laptop didn't charge, they made me pay 250 aed for a new battery and a charger. Within a month the charger literally blew up and we wanted a new one. He accused us of scratching off the waranty sticker and made us pay even more. I also again came once with a faulty keyboard. They charged 100 aed for a keyboard replacement and in the shop i told that the 'r' key didn't work and they just said that it would fix automatically, it never did. don't ever go here for repairs instead go to any trusted shops like jumbo etc
