Its spacious, ventilated and very clean . The management is so organized. Good building for family I currently stay here in Abdul aziz al majid C2 and will can thing of moving because I am in love with my flat

Poor maintenence. Most of the time water scarcity problem. Old building. Lots of issues such as broken tiles, leakage of water supply pipes above ceiling, inside wall, huge noise while running Ac, mold growth over chilled water pipes.. The building should be renovated completely..

Construction wise 10 year old building but not maintained properly with unconcerned staff n security. They have their own maintenance staff but still there is no control or management of staff. Also there is no CCTV monitoring in building except two cameras at front entrance near security cabin. There should be proper security n maintenance to enhance tenants trust to renew further or stay in same contract. as building is old there are lots of maintenance complaints despite maintenance request rarely they will do job on time or within time limit with multiple excuses.Parking is hell expensive with least facility of security n no cctv camera.
