In the 1980s, Hans Hopfer and Italian architect, Luigi Gorgoni, worked with the brand. Lousy experience for such a high end furniture store. They waste your time and are not willing to help whey they cause the problem. Go elsewhere, or import and save your money.
Very poor customer service in ordering rubber parts for a glass dining table purchased sometime back from them . We had to remind constantly and no firm date was providrd nor proper responses to the constant follow up. This was despite the fact that it was a safety risk for the family. While shipment courier came after almost more than six weeks, full cost was charged with no explanation!
