Requested early check-in, which unfortunately wasn't possible. At the end we manage to have later check out. Enjoyed the beautiful nature, pool and ambience of the houses. Had an amazing massage in the evening.

Me and my wife we decided to have few days off kids and change the ambiance for something romantic and in the same time private. We decided to try The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach. Overall was an amazing experience, we found the perfect place to evade the busy Dubai and dedicate each minute to ourselves. About the resort: beautiful nature, wite beach, I would say we where in Maldives not emirates. The villas are spacious and the private garden is a little Heaven on earth (see the pics). There is only one restaurant, not such a big choice but the food is amazing! The only thing what disappointed me was the service at the restaurant. Only two guys out all of them are very good with the rest I had difficulties to understand each other. Overall I would recommend this place for a family or romantic holiday!

Just an amazing place to stay to run away from city, In your private villa you don't need to leave it at all. There is 3 types of villa all same Just the different is privacy : Al bahar as not for full privacy but still good 21 villas. Al naseem as more privacy 5 villas Both beach view The last one is Al shamal ocean view with privacy and beautiful view i will share the pictures for it as i stayed there 6 villas. I ordered BBQ set up with mix seafood and steak the price was good as they will prepare everything and leave and i will be the chief as i love to cook this is amazing experience to have it as be your own chief.

Very bad experience, overpriced compared with the quality of service and room, curtains was dirty, some furniture was dirty, some curtains are stuck and needs to be pulled hard to be closed, and some features that should be changed and is not appropriate for a 5 start hotel, and i had to call in villa dining 2 to 3 times to them to answer, the bathroom and shower area is in two different places I really didn’t understand what’s the reason behind that, they also made me pay the whole amount of my stay which was about 8000dhs for 3 nights with breakfast before even going to the room. Not to mention even that at my stay at my (Private Villa) i found 2 MEN in the garden that went to the pool and moved around my villa while i was with my wife INSIDE MY PRIVATE VILLA! Without even asking, we were surprised! How could that be called private villa!! It was really an embarrassment for me and my wife we didn’t even use the outside pool or shower thinking that someone could be there while in my what’s called PRIVATE VILLA. I really wish i could have a refund or just have half the amount i spent, totally not worth it for 3 nights for what you’re getting. I stayed in Dubai for 3 nights in a very known hotel for little over half the price and got amazing room and service.

My Experience was very disappointing. First the hotel advertises itself to be on the beach - there is no beach worthy of being at. Industrial of sorts, stale water, no open horizon. Secondly the room is supposed to be on the beach but somehow doesn’t have beach view - confusing but true. I was trying to decide between trying this for the first time or going to Zahra Nurai as they are both at the same price point. Decided to come here to experience a new place. Very bad decision. The other place is miles and miles superior to this from views to private pool to community pools to restaurants to rooms both hygiene and aesthetics to the actual beach. Not comparable. Unfortunately I paid the full stay and I got stuck. Level of cleanliness in my room in COVID times is questionable when I find someone else’s hair all over my pool. Food service leaves a lot to be desired and finally the response time to these issues is not commensurate with 2K per night price tag on this villa. Oh and one more thing - the in room pool (only pool you get here anyway) is not temperature controlled - no chiller to save costs of course. So its boiling and not enjoyable given the weather.
