One of best experiences I ever been. Atmosphere, facilities and services are awesome. Landscape make your eyes happy. So kind staff. I got breakfast only as per my package and I enjoyed a lot in Cinnamon restaurant. Sunset pool is so relaxing place with temperature control and safe for kids. Overall, it is much recommend

One of the best hotel to do staycay. It’s calm, serene, great sunset view and love the architecture. Rooms are small compared to other hotels, no bath tubs! Other than that, hotel is great for staycay. Two pools( sunset pool & lagoona pool) and good private beach. The sunset view is beautiful from here! Opted for bed n breakfast— the food is nice with great service!

If there is an option to give half star or no stars at all I would select it. I booked two private villas that had private pools. When we arrived at the hotel, reception promised us 2 villas from the ones at the top which has private swimming and has its own privacy. But when we finally are taken to the club cars to be transported to the villas we were shocked to see the pools were the exact opposite of private and the villa numbers were not the same as what we were promised at the reception. Turns out the reception employee was lying and supposedly gave the villas to other people. All reception employees kept lying continuously about the villas. In addition to that \u200fgod awful customer service, the villas were not of high quality from the inside ( just a few sofas and basic ceramic floors.) We were promised something and got something very different. I do not recommend this hotel and it does not deserve to be called a hotel nor resort because it's quality, value, and customer service matched a cheap motel. I recommend going to a real, high value, and luxurious hotel just a few minutes away from this so called "resort".

The resort is breathtakingly beautiful and the food is excellent. Safety arrangements for Covid 19 were also satisfactory. Our bed was a little smaller than expected which meant our toes were always dangling outside, but that was the only glitch :)

Stayed with friends end of March for 2 weeks in a 3 bed villa. Great place with large and nice territory. Villa was very good, room service made everything to make the holidays comfortable (thanks, Santosh!). Beach big and nice. Food normal. Personnel very friendly and helpful. In general we liked this place very much.

Absolutely adored our stay here. The check in staff were friendly and able to check us in smoothly even though the room wasn't quite ready we were able to use the facilities and await a message for our rooms. We were upgraded which was a lovely surprise and the rooms were very comfy and clean. The food was part of our stay and we very much made the most of it. Sadly some of the waiting on staff were less accommodating but it didn't affect our overall stay, we will definitely be back.

Very nice place, well maintained, good facilities, amazing atmosphere, extraordinary views and beach at all times, specially sunrise & sunset! Possibly understaffed, food is "ok", but the overall resort experience is enjoyable. Check for offers, you may save couple while getting high quality experience. Value for money. Recommended!

Our room was the lagoon view classic room, the room is less than your average room, and some insects were found. In addition, the room had no bathtub, tooth brushes, nor, sorry for this, a handheld bidet shower. I paid almost AED 1,050, yet all of these were missing. To make things worse, the room was really small. If we forget the room and consider the place itself, this is where this place gets 8 stars out of 5! Exactly, 8 out of 5!!! The environment is fabulous, there are plants and flowers everywhere, and those make the scenery very colourful. The staff were helpful, but I got shocked when I paid AED 200 for a small and common flower bouquet that is having only 8 flowers. This means around AED 25 for a flower. Oh, their breakfast in Cinnamon was really good, and, surprisingly, it wasn't very expensive compared to other hotels
