Since #covid19 situation , the institution got poor service . Is it closed and advice the public to contact through provided numbers . However it does not respond , the call it’s been rang for the last one hour without attending and the email wasn’t replied . Online services too bad . It needs to improve the poor services , we are stuck with the paper work !!!

Bad experience. it takes ages to attest the tenancy contract and no one cares even on the website it says 2 hr.

I have been calling daily for the past 4 weeks during working hours. Noone has ever picked up the phone except for this one time - when a lady answered and said I will put you on hold and then hung up. I've also written multiple emails with no response. I live in Dubai so i wanted information before getting an expensive taxi ride there to make sure they have the services I require. Very unprofessional.

Marhaba. Around 12 o clock in the noon I've been trying to reach this place by the phone, 15 minutes of waiting made me finally realise that there is an organisation, but no one are ready to help you. Even online they are performing some tech works and some of their(lets say Major for me)services are unavailable. Just why? Why are you so useless?
