In spite of providing all the necessary documents had to do multiple followup to get the insurance, the attitude was of the person was so bad as if they were not interested. At last got it done from some other company.

اول واسوأ تجربه تأمين في حياتي خاصه فرع رأس الخيمه رفعت عليهم شكوي وقضيه لانه وقفوا بطاقتي بعد 3 شهور من الاستخدام خسرت مبالغ كثيره بسبب الايقاف واسوأ تعامل واسلوب من المدير الجديد في الفرع ورفعت الشكوي لاعلي مسؤول من الشكاوي في المقر الرئيسي ومافي تجاوب الي اليوم لا انصح بالتعامل
