I am trying to reach you for one week every day on the phone as I live in Dubai. I am not sure if you are working and what is the purpose of your phone number on the web site? With all the respect, feels like either the embassy is closed all the time or their employees do not want to answer the phone and do their job. The Way you present yourself is quite poor and unprofesional.

Anyone from "Serbia (Србија)" or from any other country who wants to contact there, they have to visit personally, phone calls won't work mostly, Jasmine you have to visit there personally for any kind of work despite you are in Dubai, if you have any passport issues or any other docs related issues.... Friday, Saturday normally closed, late mornings best time to visit...near Mushrif Mall

Never been treated this rude applying for a visa, didn’t even want to speak english to me.. Then I got rejected for a Visa and I have never been rejected, they didn’t even give a reason for the rejection?? Any country needs good tourists, the way these people treated me was unprofessional and bad advertising for the country. I will never apply to visit again..

I had always only positive experience, stuff was always kind and proactive. They even helped me with serious issues I had and that was not even their responsibility. I am a Serbian citizen, but despite that, I see a lot of negative comments on visa been rejected for no reason and then racism accusations. I can assure you Serbia is everything BUT racist country. Just to remind, every embassy has a right to reject the visa without explanation, usually they do it because of incomplete or erroneous documents. So, Embassy of Serbia, keep on with excellent service! :)
