Been living for 4 years. clean and well maintained i feel secure when i am inside the building the nator, security and staff are polite and helpful my family is growing so i need a bigger space, kitchen and rooms are small for a 2 bedroom apartment but worth your money

Very bad service and maintenance and Maintenance and security team are not friendly at all. Most of the building is for sharing but when the new customer ask they assure him that is a family building. Food smell cooking is corridor most of the time. The worst negative point is the Shisha shop in the same building, which causes hell traffic as his customer used to block the entrance and exit of the building and and he used to send his staff to sell them his goods in their cars which makes the residents suffering to enter or to exit from the building Building management dose not care to solve any of the tenants complainants and even they ignore your emails and calls.

The building is well maintained (its clean and no bad odor , the only reason i give 4 points and not 5 is that, the management is so strict that you are now allowed to park your second car even if you will tell them that you will pay the parking space where there are so many vacant.

Building is well maintained, prices are high than similar. Landlord offer new residents lower price than offered to existing residents. Rooms are very small.
