Honestly, I am so amazed by the level of service I received, especially from Ms. Afraa. I took my case to register, and I have to say that it's not easy doing it by yourself and I was very nervous and worried. But the lady who took my case, Ms Afraa, was superbly patient. She took great care to take my details, advised me on next steps, did above and beyond her work, and even called me to follow-up! I have to say I thank Ms. Afraa for her great work. Everyone needs to know how great she is and that Al-Adheed is really there to help you. In the beginning it might seem hard but they're really there to help you, and Afraa is a great example of how much these people care. Another great person is Mr. Ebrahim who not only helped me in figuring out what to do but also calmed me down when I was most nervous, was creative about solutions, and helped me understand next steps. Honestly, I never expected this level of humanity and customer service and I am happy because of them. The two of them are amazing and a great asset to justice in this great country that is the UAE. I never write reviews online, but take it from someone who was very scared--these two people and the Umm Hurair branch will do everything they can to help you. God Bless them and this great country.

Very poor customer service. They are not following your case, making you coming few times for their negligence. All saying different things.
