Slowest delivery services ever! Although my orders are huge! I had to experience silly excuses over the phone, where to put the bag or how to deliver 40 packs of water? Really? Do you want to sell and make money or ask a client for a self-service? Management, if there is any, should train their staff better. Same \brightness\ of thinking and willingness to comprehend applies to the ZOOM shop in cluster Y, JLT. Never ordering, neither shopping at ZOOM

Since the timing has changed to close at midnight, the store in Green lakes doesn't answer the phone past 9pm. It is surely not a one off, as it happened many times and last time they answered, the reply was we're too busy. Service was great, not anymore. It should be addressed.
