Zoom cargo service is very poor they don't respond to calls looks like India no is fake nos, I haven't received my cargo since 4 months now..it is worst service I have ever seen, if I don't receive within this month(March 2021), I will give police complaint. 18/04/2021: I have still not received my parcel past 6months now, what the option to retrieve my courier items or do refund my amount. You have 8 clauses in agreement bill are this applicable for your company? No response from your company... Very poor service. I am still waiting for my cargo still not received, this is worst experience u r giving for your customers

Very Poor service, informed that goods will reach within 25 days but goods delivered is after 60 Days with 60% of damages, they don't care about your goods and time.unreliable, Attached the pics for reference still more to come.
i never seen this kind of cheating cargo service i sent shipment last 65 day's back until now it's not reached home and the main thing is there is no responsibility per person they said i can track the shipment in their website i was try many times its always saying no record found still if call them no one responding

Dear All , i want to inform you all , this company is the biggest cheaters in the market and unprofessional , they take lots extra amount saying they will take care for professional packing and they just dump the things at destination and they never bothered to answer you , all thins are broken and damaged , biggest mafia .please be careful, just look at the photos it will explain everything.

Not professional.Very poor service.They don't deserve even one star.I sent my cargo on November first week but not received till now on january. After sending cargo they don't know any details about our cargo. Not giving any updates.no reply for messages.
