Extremely unprofessional, unethical and have absolutely no shame at outwardly taking you for every dirham they can. Avoid dealing with them at all costs! They should be reported to the government as they are not an ethical company.

Worst company I have dealt with in UAE ( by company, I mean all even grocery shops! this real estate is the worst). Customer service 0 they will drag you for days to fix any issue with the apartment, and they charge you for no reason \ admin costs\ Rude staff ( not responding to queries, it feels like they are your customer). I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND dealing with them.
They will try thier best to suck your blood, and even if you had any issue with service for your appartment they will do nothing until you start fighting with them for days and days, and after that they will do it the cheapest way, i have been waiting weeks to fix the internet and until now they didnt do anything, i recommend anyone to just check any another avenue state office in dubai.
