Totally unfair and atrocious management! Spacious 2 and 3 bed room apartments which also includes a maid room. Decent car park. The location is near the Metro station, super markets and restaurants. Chiller free. Its been almost 2 months since I moved in (July 2020) and we noticed some huge flaws only after moving in. Some floor tiles are bulged causing a feeling like walking on a wood board; this caused us problems with the neighbors below. If you have kids who have just started to walk or kids who play inside the house, you might have to check the flooring 10 times before you move in. Kitchen cupboards and bathroom fittings are not great since this building is over 10 years old. Better check these before you move in to any of the apartments in this building.

Very crowded
It is a decent apartment. I stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments. Management is very cooperative and responsive. The common area is well kept. Very close to public transportation. It has a gym but I think some of the equipments need to be replaced.
Used to be a swiming pool, gym is not bad but over all nice apartments and playground for kids
Building looking good Good space - bad maintenance - no ventilation (only central exhaust system) - slow response from landlord and managing company
Neet and clean building. It is also known as Al Yousef Building. Although flats are little expensive compared to many other buildings in the same area, most of the flats are always occupied. The building has only 2 and 3 bhk flats. There is no swimming pool in the building. Common areas always kept clean. Building is currently managed by Savills
It is very specious and it has many rooms
