Me and my friends only stayed for a night since metro was closed. (Checked in later and had to check out early anyways) It was the cheapest room. There are PROS and CONS. I'd like to start with CONS CONS: 1. When I entered the lobby to the front desk, it smelled cigarettes. FD explained its coming from the bar. But they must keep reception and lobby area always feel welcoming and refreshing. 3. It was an old model of bulky TV, the sheet still smell perfume from someone so I had to ask staff to change it. 4. There are stains on the wall, few cracks, some area of the carpet were dust-moldy. 5. Fridge not cool enough for ur soda or water. 6. They don't provide toothbrush. 7. 1 headlamp isn't working. 8. There are switches that ain't working and some u don't know what function. 9. Baththub isn't the type you would need for a bubble bath, because it's paint or coat is flaking 10. Shower head and bidet is RUSTY. 11.Room smell a little moldy. Not good for someone who has asthma. 12. There are party in the other room so there are noisy people outside the lobby since our room is right next to elevator. 13. Although sauna wasn't included in my package, but as I went to the area since its next to spa. There are plenty of fire extinguishers being stocked there.So for those who will book at this hotel for that reason. I suggest you to confirm with hotel before booking. PROS 1. The concierge managed to somehow accommodate us with our needs like, the iron. 2. Manager walked an extra mile of providing us with laundry service even if laundry service is in the morning. They made us use the old stock washing machine they have. 3. We were booked for double bed but the concierge gave us a king size bed with our approval.

The hotel is good but not the best rooms are tight for two people. Room service. Once a week.lol The smell of the room is bad. Furniture is broken. And the beedsheets unclean. , Tv not working ,. No kitchen in room no hot water shower The swimming pool is closed. The gym is closed.

Very poor Hospitality The crew there is criminals I went to make a compliant for my missing phone and they threw me out of the hotel. Feel pitty about the crew Never book this hotel. Telling you for your safety

Bad attitude from reception guy, when i book rooms for 2 adults from agoda.com while checking in receptionist he took 100AED extra from me. Already paid for two person again he took money from me. Room quality where not good. Bad smell inside.

HEAVEN SURFING

Stay away from this hotel if you want a quiet and clean place, non stop party even after the permitted time, cockroaches everywhere in the room i stayed for a while and i wish I didn’t.
