You can feel and see that this shop is pro and they are passionate about bikes. They have good selection of bikes for different budget. The prices are generally not cheap but quality is excellent as a result. I was contemplating between them and Cycling Hub in motor city. The brands are Scot vs Specialized. I’ve chosen the specialized 20 in bike for my daughter. But planning to buy Scot for myself or wife. Customer service is amazing as well.

As a total cycling novice, I had no idea what to expect when stepping into a pro bike shop for the first time. However, I honestly had the most incredible experience. From the professionalism and knowledge of Clinton, to the friendly and engaging disposition of Luke. I was measured up, had a bike tailored for me and my needs and was even given total instruction on maintenance, the mechanics of the bike and tips on how to progress. I’d also like to give a special thank you to Joseph for setting up the bike rack on my car, entirely free of charge. The shop was approaching closing time but he didn’t care, he worked tirelessly and I can’t thank him enough for it. While he worked, King took me round the final sign off for the bike and made absolute certain I was comfortable and ready to go. I never had a chance to meet the guy who built my bike but Ricky seems to have done a fantastic job, so thanks to him too. This might sound a little exaggerated but I’ve never had an experience like this in any store, let alone anything sporting related. The staff quite literally couldn’t do enough for me! Matt

After years of not using my bike, I took it in today and met with an outstanding professional, Joseph, who mentioned my seat looks a bit low. He took the time to seat me and measure me to make sure there was no strain on my knees or back. Fully expecting to pay for a tick tick tock or a plunk punk plunk, I was delighted that it was a complimentary service. Given that I bought my bike from Wolfi’s years ago, I didn’t expect that. Thank you Wolfi’s and a massive thanks to Joseph. I highly recommend them. They have a brilliantly stocked store with bikes and accessories and an amazing service center. \u200d️

Their service system is efficient; my gear has always been delivered back to me in great condition. There is a bicycle for everyone at Wolfie’s.

For sure Wolfi's is one of the best bike shops in the world! You would assume that being in Dubai that Wolfi's would have all the bling and the top end kit that money could buy, and you would be absolutely correct! However, Wolfi's also has bikes for everyone, so beginners and complete novices are also catered for amazingly well too. The level of customer service and staff knowledge is unparalleled in any bike shop I have previously come across and I would recommend a visit to anyone passing through Dubai

Very professional team that is punctual and pays attention to detail. I was properly welcomed upon arriving for my pre-booked appointment. That in itself was an indication that the people are professional and courteous. Importantly, I was given good advice, the service representative made the right diagnosis, delivered my bike back on time and guided me through the process of getting the right equipment for what I was asking for. At no time did I feel that I was being uncomfortably pushed in favour of a higher-priced item. Very good experience indeed.

I visited the store at around 6:30 pm which was very close to store closure time.. The team where very welcoming and right away assigned me an agent “Roberto” who understood what I want and set my expectations from start then he performed the measurement and advised on the required bike size and choice Due to my uncertainty I asked him to give me a bit of time and he never pressured me to take quick decision rather he convinced me to think and double check the available options and he was very honest in his recommendations... After 2 days I called the store and I asked for him and he gladly again helped on the phone and went above and beyond to get me the best offer possible on my future bike ... I want to thank the awesome team specifically Roberto as he was really awesome... Thank you very awesome team...
