Lost a lot of funds as transferred money to Sweden through their Dubai Mall branch after making sure all in order and giving support documents, they were not aware that Sweden not accepting transfers and made me pay a big amount for the return fund as they booked a deal etc and I suffered. Their manager Shiva was not helpful and showed He is RIGHT and we clients have to pay. I will never go back to them
