I was there with my friend this morning around 10:15.. One man took our transaction while the man on his side was assisting him. He asked Emirates ID to update our data in the system then suddenly took a phone call and start doing his converation. The other man on the side ask if our transaction is done,the man who handle our transaction just give a sign to the other guy. I ask the man who handle our transaction if it is the one he is talking over the phone is dealing about our issue but unfortunately NOT! When I started get mad due to scenario and still the man talking over the phone which supposed to be handling our transaction as it was not busy and we are the only one on the queue. When the time I raise my voice due to scenario, the other man on the side took our transaction within 2 minutes. Then the man who supposed to do it give me a reason then his printer is not working. I do tried to get the man name as he was not wearing name plate. This is a very bad experience I had in this Branch and I hope that they know how to priority their customer as we are also paying for every transaction that they doing.
