Wonderful experience we have here. Everything is just perfect. The atmosphere, the scenery, the comfy lounge chair and also the fact that there are separate pool for kids and adult make it really nice so that you have choice to have a calm and quiet pool experience or a lively fun experience with your kids.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. There room and facilities are top notch. When you step out into the pool area, I appreciated the fact there were two pools. One for families and the other for adults. I have also tried various restaurants on the property which exquisite as well. The staff are beyond accommodating and extremely helpful. The property has such a tranquil atmosphere that it will be hard to leave.

For my first visit to Dubai and first hotel stay I could not have chosen a more luxurious, prominent, relaxing and most hospitable hotel. The moment my car pulled up I was greeted by name and a staff that heralded my bags and ushered me to the receptionist. There I was met by the most charming woman named Victoria who processed my check-in, advised of the amenities and services and presented me with the exact room of the ocean and Burj Al Arab view. She repeatedly asked if there was anything she or the staff could do to make my stay even more exemplary than it would be. I asked only for a late check-out of 1:00pm on my day of departure. Victoria’s most humble reply was that, “ma’am how about until 3:00 pm?” Wow!! .. what a great way to start my stay. How breathtaking was my room. My stay here was nothing more than spectacular. Each and every member of start was an absolute pleasure to see and be around.

We spent amazing two weeks with my family of three. It is a very comfortable hotel, offering all for a relaxed vacation, very clean, nice beach, separate pools for adults and families with children. And the staff is the cherry on the top! After serving our breakfast with so much love and attention to details for few days I couldn’t but not ask for the name - Mr. Clive Pereira made us feel more then welcomed and appreciated as guests. The fruit selection was amazing!

Very good hotel with high quality services. Nice views and calm locality on Palm Jumeirah. Excellent water sports options. You can arrange covid test to hotel room as well. Our housekeeper Ablüjet was doing a great job on daily basis. One idea for beach area: I think it is great service that you serve people directly there and via online ordering, maybe you can make numbers on signs bigger and mark it with section letters which will make it easier for waiters (responsibility for dedicated area only) and faster for customers.

Overall a nice hotel, but not enough to get a 5-star rating in the luxury segment. The rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. The location is pretty remote on the outer circle of the palm. You rely on Taxi/Uber/rental car to get on the main part of the palm or the mainland, since you can’t reach it by foot. Because of the remote location, the beach should be nicer. The sand and the water isn’t the best, but that seems to be a general problem on the palm. The hot tub in the pool area was more like a warm tub. The breakfast was OK, but couldn’t meet the expectations. Might be a coincidence, but during our stay the clientele wasn’t great.

The hotel pool and beach look good. But it's far from the level of service that is expected of a high end 5 star hotel. The beach and pool area f and b seem severely understaffed with zero hospitality skills. took an hour to order, another hour for the food to come cold, and several other mistakes and lack of communication which had me thinking I was at a local sandwich shop for a while

The Hotel is nice and luxurious, but not really 5 Star luxurious. Our Room had a nice view, but the windows are not soundproof. Anyone who has ever been to Dubai knows that there are a lot of residents who like to drive their cars quickly through the streets :) so not really quite with a fast Lamborghini on the street ;) The Pool is really cold, no heating there and the “Hot tub” is more warm then hot. Breakfast is nice, but the breakfastroom is more like a concourse.
