The hotel looks shiny and bright from the outside, but there are severe hygienic problems inside. The location, hotel view and entrance part are looking great. The conference rooms are well-prepared, too. However, the suite room (!!) was such a mess as if the room has not been cleaned before I entered the room. Hair on the floor, full trash bins - these are mistakes a 5* hotel cannot afford. It is a no-go! I have watched how the housekeeping is cleaning the room - it is a joke! I give one star to the kind staff at the breakfast buffet, the little extras at the dining hall and the nice conference room. It is a pity that such great resources of the hotel are not being taken into seriously.

Hotel is conveniently located but far from the luxury and style a dubai high end traveller is used. The view from the top bar at floor 51 is amazing. Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff is very nice and cooperative.

I believe people come to hotels to enjoy some piece, quiet and privacy which for sure cannot be done in this hotel. The rooms are not sound-proof at all and all sounds can be heard all over the place. I had to wake-up since 10:30AM TILL 01:15PM on the sound of loud music my neighbor for some reason was continuously playing and singing along because it was not enough that he made enough noise! I called reception twice after I felt my head was exploding till they get to a resolution. The rooms are very small, the phone on the bedside doesn't work, all the buttons at the bedside don't actually work! I have to go to the buttons that are at the far end of the room to control the lights, curtains, etc. The star-rating of the hotel is probably the 8th wonder ! Disappointing will be far less expressing word to the situation. It's just that they're asking some social-media celebrities to make an advertisement for them to gather around the people asking them to highlight the few good traits and none of the bad ones!

Decent hotel given its one of the cheapest 5*. Breakfast is plentiful and provides something for everyone. Also they've done a good job renovating the oldish building by Dubai standards. The biggest downside is that there's nothing walkable close to the hotel, only car parks and fields of sand, need to take the metro everywhere

The bed had the most wonderful soft sheets, pillows too!!! I didn't want to get out of bed. Awesome view from my room. Very comfortable to relax before going home.Staff are polite , trying their best..room cleaning is good .thanks to ibrahim from housekeeping Department for good service. reception staff is okay keep it up
