Stay away from these guys unless you want to find the worst customer service, don't-care attitude and pathetic reasons for last minute surprises such as cancellations. Was visiting with a couple of friends and booking was confirmed via email. Upon waiting at the pickup spot, decided to call them only to hear that we will not have the safari because \their computers can make mistakes at times\. While questioning them about their approach and attitude the answer was \We don't care what you think about our attitude because we have several other customers waiting for our services\. Good luck guys. Choose your tourism provider wisely.

Viva services and their attitude towards customer with Groupon voucher is totally different. They provided 14 seater van for tour services. When spoken to the authorised person from Viva side, they response was very pathetic and said you talk to groupon people for any services deficiency. People should get all their clarifications cleared before booking Viva Tours as their reliability is very very low.
Very poor service on the desert trip. First off, the bus was over booked which means that seats without seatbelts needed to be used. While it is not typically enforced, Dubai law calls for everyone in a vehicle to have their seatbelt fastened. Second, we had multiple delays on the trip. The initial departure time was delayed by 15 minutes which would have still been OK. Instead, one we arrived at the desert site, it took another hour of waiting in the bus and then on the sand for the next pickup to arrive. In addition, on the return trip, due to the driver not having the proper license to operate the bus on a snack stretch of the road, we needed to wait for an additional hour until a spare driver could be found. During the entire time, no information was communicated by the driver/the tour company until finally some passengers who spoke Urdu were able to communicate with the driver. The fact that the driver couldn't speak English would have been acceptable if there was no problem. Instead, in this case, there was a growing frustration of the passengers that couldn't understand the situation. Very frustrating and poor experience. Not worth 70AED!
