i came to this pharmacy 2 weeks back seeking a medical advice, since my health was deteriorating for the past few days and was seriously concerned about the covid pandemic . the Pharmacist listened patiently to my words and he reassured that there is nothing much to worry about my health , and suggested some vitamins . More than the medicines , i was truly relieved by his comforting words because he explained in detail about the signs and symptoms of the Covid infection and reassured that none of my conditions are generally its symptoms . this morning i received my Covid result and i became more than happy when i learned that i am negative.

I came to the pharmacy to purchase an item i came with my three friends to buy there are two guys in the counter i asked the proce for an eye brow it was written 6dhs but he said its 9 dhs and i asked why price here is 6dhs and for you ifs 9 i check more because i really wanna buy but there one indian a bit of chubby guy who answers me sarcastically its because the prices change again i continue to check then again he said \dont open anything there \quoting to me which i know that it is not allowed to open i replied i know he again answerd me \its my job\i asked him what is your problem your so rude no costumer service and he continues to get mad and trying to tell me he will call a police?!he was telling me to step out from the pharmacy as if it is his own business?! Suggest for you- 1st if its your job you should check the prices of your item cos its your job 2nd if you have problem leave it to your home and be happay cos you are still working 3rd if your tired on entertaining your costumers quite your job.there are more people deserves where you stand 4rth no matter how small the piece of item your costumer bought you should be great that gives you more income to pay for your salary and take care of them cos thet might comeback to buy more.. 5th be patient and be kind to all your costumers. I hope the management will give strict action for that person there is 2 guys there the other didnt talk at all..but the other seems to be like the owner of the pharmacy .be gentle

Yesterday night May 28, 2019, we went here to buy lipstick because we heard from a friend that they are also selling those items. We check the tester to try if the color and texture is good. Actually it's nice and affordable but only limited tester are there. So what we do is we check the color of other lipstick we opened items without seal, just to check the color but we don't try and use it because we know that it's not a tester. And nobody is assisting us. Suddenly the pharmacist approach us telling that we need to pay for those items that we check/open or else he will pay. I told him why we need to pay we don't even use it, we just check it. But he said that it's their rules. He even told that if we are not going to buy, he's busy with other customer considering we are customer too. He also told us if we want to buy just come back later. He ask us if are we going to pay or not? I said no because we don't use it and he turned he's back. We lose interest after that treatment. Our experience is so dissappointing. We felt that he belittled us. Hopefully next time please treat your customers fairly.

Last Tuesday evening i visited this pharmacy with an insurance prescription . Though it was rejected by the insurance initial , the smart and kind-hearted pharmacist coordinated with the doctor to amend the prescription and repeatedly called the insurance company , and finally i received my medicines worth of 700 dirham , just by paying aed 180.00. i ddnt receive this kind of service from any other place..god bless him ..

It’s really bad I bought some wrong medicine and came to return or exchange but one of representative name Imran refuse even I request him several times to help me out cos I’m flying next day early morning even he don’t want to check with his manager or give me her number to talk even he accept that his manager can help me out but he don’t want to bother his self to call her it’s really bad experience
