The worst costumer service ever. I am so disappointed . Unbelievable . I purchased contact lenses first time couple of month ago , than recently I tried to reorder same power same brand and they can't find out from their system which one is left and which one is right ( unfortunately I lost the first receipt) . The excuse \ In our system mentioned only one power \!!!!!??? How come ???? It's ruined all my morning . Please train your team , please focus at your work and customer not at your phones!!!!!I don't recommend them !!!!!! For such well known company unacceptable !!!!

I came for an eye test following a long term headache. The manager and her staff were professional, kind, considerate, friendly and very thorough. No pushy sales tactics, just good old fashioned high quality customer care. Won't use any other optician in the future. Thankyou VE !! :)
