The worst service ever. They are more expensive than anyone else and they don't provide legitimate information. They try to give you false information so you can do hidden costs. I tried to talk to different employees there and basically no one knows on earth what they are doing. They act like a robots and I keep pulling the answers from them instead of them giving it to me easily. People need different options to think of how to do business and they just simply want to sell and steal money. They are not helping in any answers!!! Very Very bad company. I already have a company with them and they are very bad they gave me too many hidden costs. I will never try them again and don't advise anyone with them !!!!!!

I was honestly relatively nervous about the prospect to register my own company, especially having heard quite a few horror stories from other ex-pats about hidden costs, huge delays, massive inconveniences. After weeks of research of the different freezone options, I eventually decided to sign up with Virtuzone since they came across as very professional, and transparent from the first call I had with their representative Amit. The fee invoiced was exactly the amount that had been communicated and the process started. After a handover meeting to their Customer Experience team, led by an amazing 'Head of', Amer, and having been introduced to a real angle, Valerie, every single step of the process went extremely smoothly and timeously - I was kept informed almost daily, knew exactly where I was standing in regards to the company registration and subsequent visa process, no one ever asked for additional money, and the team carried me through those weeks with a very high level of professionalism and customer care. And I can confirm that I have received my passport with the new visa and my new Emirates ID, issued on the new company today - thanks to Virtuzone team!! And not only that: I was introduced to a few more contacts helping me with topics related to this process, for example to Shona, an amazingly helpful person at Virtuzone's Insurance partner. Overall: If you ever consider to register your own company - go to Virtuzone. They will take care of you and you will be in extremely good hands!

I recently had to renew my visa for myself and my family and Joana Alteza was the manager responsible for my case along with her team in the office in Dubai and the PRO and the team in Fujairah. The entire process from get go from professional, courteous and flowless. All materials were picked up and dropped off for each and convenience and the speed of renewal was very fast. Kudus to Joana and her team. My wife and my daughter’s passports were delivered to their Dubai office on Wednesday right before the EID holiday, so I decided to wait until the EID arrives as well and then have VZ deliver everything at once. However, on Wednesday evening at 8:00 pm I realized that we needed our passports for a trip over the EID holidays so I sent an email to VZ asking if I could pick them up on Thursday. Very soon after Joana called me and told me their office will be closed for the EID holidays and that there was no one available however, when she realized how important this was to us ,she asked to give her a few minutes and she will get back to me. Shortly soon after she called again and introduced me to the superhero of the night Jeremiah. She told me he is still in the office and if I get there before 9:30 pm he will be able to give my passports to me. She gave me his number and off I went to VZ downtown Dubai office. Jeremiah, was kind and professional, opened the office doors, obtained my documents and gave them to me. This entire process showed me how much VZ cares about their clients specially Joana, Jeremiah and their team. They went above and beyond the call of duty on Wednesday night to accommodate me and that demonstrates loyalty and commitment to clients. Joana and Jeremiah THANK YOU.

I went to an event hosted by virtuzone before but it didn't even happen. All the staff was just talking to each other. No interest to help customers.
