The clinic is clean and tidy, the recipientionst is cooperative and helpful and very understanding. The doctors are very patient and kind and compassionate the doctor is dealt with was very knowledgeable about many things and took time to explain slowly. The prices are reasonable as well! I'd recommend it to anyone

I’ve been taking my dog Biscuit to Vienna Vet since he was 4 months old. He recently got a dental cleaning & a castration. The clinic has been incredibly responsive and have scheduled two check-up appointments to make sure he’s doing alright. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted vet!

Vaccine, treatment and all other staff are same across all clinics, what makes differentiate Vienna Clinic from others is their service. Morgan, Jeniffer and other girls on reception always welcome everyone with the smile, absolutely different league of service. Aside of recommending vet services this place is a must if you want everything take care with highest level of service and personalization. Well done!

One of the best vet clinics in Dubai. I occasionally take my rescued kitties there and the staff are very friendly. Dr. Valerie and Dr. Paule treat animals very well and care a lot about them. Very professional and reliable!

If you love animals, just avoid. Brought one of the cats I'm feeding at Jumeirah who was sick. Instead of focusing on how to help her they were more focused how to pump up more money by proposing totally unnecessary interventions. Cat died 2 days later and I can't forgive myself why I just didn't walk out instantly and took her somewhere else.
