This residence has the best view possible. In some of the residences they have a front facing of the burj khalifa. Moreover the staff is very friendly and provide excellent service.

My entire family loved this place. It was all together an amazing and unforgettable experience. The entire service apartments were so beautifully managed and taken care. They also have a common facility between the hotel and the apartments for the restaurant on top floor which can be used on additional charges. This place is little far from metro and bus stop therefore I would suggest to take cab for anywhere you want to visit.

Great place to live in Downtown Dubai with plush amenities and services including ample underground parking, yoga and gym, spa, rooftop swimming pool and garden area with awesome landscaping.

We booked through booking and made a mistake in the dates and booked 1 night earlier to our arrival. As soon as we booked we realized our mistake and immediately called the hotel to ask them to shift the reservation for the correct date. They told us it was possible but that we had to contact booking directly. We did what the hotel asked us to do and booking told us they will get in contact with the hotel and let us know. We also updated the hotel directly on this matter and from there we had no answers for 24h from the hotel. They didn’t notify on anything. When we arrived they basically said that booking asked them to change our reservation and that they declined because they couldn’t book us however we had the information at the same time that the hotel wasn’t full. They could have move our reservation but they simply decided to charge us for the night we weren’t there when they could have rescheduled it. Really dodgy when we immediately contacted them after our mistake and they indicated in the first place it wouldn’t be a problem.

This hotel took my breath away. I was pleasantly pleased with everything especially the attention to details, the decor, spacious rooms and location. It's located in Downtown Dubai which is actually Dubai's tourism hub and home to the city's skyscraper - Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall (what's not to like). It didn't come cheap but as they say the good life often comes at a cost. Also, it's a self catering hotel and has all the amenities for that purpose including a washing machine.
