Terrible service and not professional at all They destroyed my new tiles when I asked them to come and paint doors and fix door stoppers (which made me pay extra 1000 to repair the tiles they broke and also there were never on time! It was overall hard to communicate and very rude with no solutions and so stressful dealing with them. I wouldn’t recommend them at all

Brilliant team ! Quick service and very professional. Want to recommend technicians Subash and Tony who solved a long issue of my AC which 3 other companies couldn’t resolve. One company even quoted for 3000 AED for repair which VFix did it for 499 AED and that also provided 6 months warranty ! Great guys - They have this aura about them. They know what they are doing and just ask the customer to trust them and they will resolve it !

I have used VFix exclusively for all maintenance and repairs on my villa for more than three years and have no reason to consider any other contractor : They have painted my entire villa, both inside and out, to a much higher standard than I could have done myself - and I’m particularly careful and demanding. They have serviced my air conditioners, constructed housings for them and replaced my water heaters on the roof, all to a high standard of workmanship. They have also laid plumbing and drainage for a washing machine and outside tap. Recently they carried out a complete bathroom refurbishment, including the removal of the old bath (set in concrete) and fresh installation of mega slab wall tiles, floor tiles and new shower panel with wet room screen and accessories. I have previously supervised building construction and fitting here in the UAE over a number of years and seen first hand the very variable level of experience from other contractors, so I can vouch for VFix for their professionalism, care, promptness and reliability and have no hesitation in recommending them. Can not recommend this company services enough! Had recently moved houses and I used them to around the house for various jobs like painting, electrical fixtures and ac servicing and the whole team was super professional and finished the job within 2 days! Soo happy with everything they did! Highly recommend!

The team came late, made everything dirty, didn't clean the AC filter and left. We called after to ask why couldn't give clear answer, said they can't go back the same day to clean it and said will come the next week. The mess they left after themselves is unbelievable, you need a brigade of cleaners after them. Very dissapointing, not professional at all. Telephone operator is careless and not responsive.

The lady on the phone was arrogant and brainless, continued demanding from my wife to pay the bill even after sending proof of transfer and tried to threaten us with possible handover of the case to a lawyer. No apologies despite clearly her fault. And most of the sevices mentioned in the bill were not at all done. Not worth the 100aed/unit.
