This is best gym in the area and there's no doubt about this statement. For beginners, moderate trainers or professionals, this gym is the best place to have your muscle tear up, rebuild and grow. One shortcoming is about the AC system. The temp is sometimes lower than people expect so warming up is more indispensable in this scenario.

It's a good gym in international city , clean, I m a member for more then 5 years now. My request is not minimize the time because it's a health club where people love to come in free time. The recent developments are not in interest of members 1. Friday timing of 9am to 9pm changed 2. Public holidays are time to hit the gym and nowadays the gym closed more like a corporate and unlike a health club Please consider my humble request to maximize the opening hours of gym and avoid unnecessary holidays.
