Good location for a chill place. The place environment is relaxing and chill. Great interior design choice. The Safran Latte, cold was delicious. I will definitely recommend it. The service was among the worst I have experienced, for the following reasons: 1. They are slow to understand or catch on what you’re saying (nothing complicated was said), such as, « I want the receipt ». They also give you weird looks for making normal requests that such as that. 2. They do not hear well, I have called « excuse me » multiple times and no one heard me probably because of the loud music they play. Another customer had to tell the employee that I am calling them...

The interior design and branding are amazing. The selection of pastry very limited (no coffee cookies). The coffee quality acceptable. What I could not swallow though is the ridiculously small cup sizes for this price. AED 25 for a tiny latte is more than disappointing. Well, great for an Instagram post, bad for your wallet. I've left thirsty.
Even less than 1 star. The coffee is garbage, the hot chocolate is the worst. I was looking forward to a good experience but it needs a lot of improvement.
Great coffee, great atmosphere and sweet servers & baristas. I also order the box of bottles so I can have their coffee at home.

Coffee here is so excellent,, the taste that I’ve been longing for. Piccolo and this iced Spanish latte is so remarkable.
The choice of coffee is very little, I was disappointed by the fact that they didn't have kenyan beans. Then again it's a speciality coffee place, won't suit every taste. 4 Star Edit: Owner replied, very rare for shop owners to do so, waiting for the updated beans collection.
