Customer Centric staff. They know their job very well. Will follow Brand Policies rigidly. Satisfactory turn around time with positive solution (most of the cases) for faulty products.

Terrible location, slow service and rude staff. They are the sole contractor of Samsung yet they close on Friday and Saturday and have no late hours. How and when are working people supposed to get here?? The worst part is their attempts at ripping off consumers and Samsung (their biggest client) for a part of a repair they quoted 125% the price of a brand new unit!! Shocking. Avoid.
