this is one of the best toyota showroom in the UAE its in the center of Deira Dubai just opposite Dnata Emirates good parking for customers lots of car on display both new and pre owned just beside the metro and Deira City center

Rude staff who dont show any interest in serving potential customers. Only seems to be interested in serving certain group of people who walk through their doors. Went on a quiet sat afternoon (probably less than 8 customer browsing) Have to walk to the staff and even showing potential interest in their products, was told to just go online since all their products info are on their website. Only the security guard who took temp was friendly.

Bit crowded but understandable due to popularity of Toyota vehicles in Dubai. Excellent facility, always neat, sitting and play area available, new models of cars exposed. Best to leave the car for service and come back later or next day as staff knows to promise it job will be done in 3 hours and it actually takes 6 hours..

Probably one of the best service centres in the UAE. Had my 2013 Yaris serviced there for 4 years and not once had to take it back.Their service team is professional and I feel the Toyota mark of quality from this branch I can easily recommend them for any Toyota owner.They also have convenient and regular service deals going on so taking out a service contract with them is hassle free Thank you guys and I hope we can set forth this partnership with my new Toyota vehicle Cheers

It is better to fix appointment with sales manager before you visit the showroom. Otherwise you may need to wait to get assistance at the showroom. When I visited there is no fortuner or rav4 for display.

Beaware they tend to recommend changing the battery in your car when is not needed. Take any advice when doing the servicing with a pinch of salt. I changed the battery of my car in 2019, then lockdown came and car was not in use for months. Now in January 2020 Toyota says I need to replace my battery when literally has not been in use more than 6 months. This is not only unethical but also bad for the planet. Very disappointed with them trying to mislead customers.
