I wish there is a minus rating. I think the owner of the company does not know how his employee is treating customers. I requested an employee new visa service and renewal service then ask for the charge. They said send the documents first. I said this is general service done daily and why send the important documents first without knowing the fee to waste time. They said if you do not want to waste time, bring the documents to their office in person. HORRIBLE SERVICE even before beginning anything. I already had a bad experience with PRO services - so please watch out for this kind of company.
