Wow! Unbelievable service! Used Time Express after Sky Net let us down. Couldn't be more impressed. Picked up package within 2 hours of contacting them, and travelled from Dubai to Liverpool, UK within less than 48 hours! Beyond happy and was very reasonably priced too. Excellent service. I paid for a package to be shipped. When weighed in the UK my package weighed 0.600kg. I paid for 1kg shipment. When my package arrived in the UAE. Timexpress said my shipment weighed 1.080kg and that I needed to pay for the 1.500kg shipment instead. I paid after they wouldn’t answer my calls or respond to my emails. I weighed my package upon arrival. It weighed 0.580kg. Terrible customer service and complete liars.
