One of the best flower shop in the area I liked the shop and the design too many options and lovely staff the price is very good and affordable

I ordered from the white boutique twice ! The first time I ordered they sent the flowers at 10pm instead of 6pm and the truffles arrived with dead roses. The second time I ordered they were not responsive and I asked them to show me the final look before sending it and they ended up sending it without showing me what they did. The flower arrangement they did for my second cake looked like corporate flowers ! They are not responsive at all ! You will get auto WhatsApp response and they might come back to you after 4 hours ! Please do not risk it with this shop .. I never received a follow up call to sort any of the above mentioned issue “they simply don’t care”

Very good flower quality, variety, and setup. Slightly overpriced though. Catering also quite good very organized. Tends to be busy so book in advance. Costumer service when in the place was not as expected. And the setup in the boutique could have been better. Thanks for the services

The WORST customer service and experience ever! Made an order for mother’s day 2 days in advance. On the day, I kept following up. It is now 8 pm and nothing is delivered. Customer service stopped answering the call and were extremely rude in the morning. Such disappointing service

I think the prices are over ratted. If you selected one arrangement on the website then they keep contacting you which flowers you want since most flowers are not available.. if the flowers are not the same as the arrangement selected then don’t trick customer into ordering. Second the prices must be reduced if the desired flowers are not available Other shops i dealt with less than half price you offered. the flowers were so fresh and lasted over two weeks. I wanted to surprise some1 special and it was not nice
