Amazing hotel and atmosphere. All staff provided exceptional service, especially Mohamed who was so friendly and kind! I cannot recommend enough as it is the perfect “retreat” from reality with the crazy times with Corona. Felt very safe with all the cleaning procedures and absolutely loved the location! The many health conscious food options and beautiful gym facilities :)

Best Hotel ever. All the staffs are very polite. Thanks to kids club girls for taking care of my little precious girl. Especial thanks to Jeanette in kids club she done excellent job. I like the kids club too they have a lot of toys to entertained kids. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends. I will definitely back soon.

Amazing hotel atmosphere, staffs are very helpful especially in the pool attendant guys they ensure that our beds is clean and sanitized. Very relaxing bed at the beach. Beautiful place for relaxing. For sure will come back.

It’s a very nice hotel. Staff is amazing, very good service from Ahmed. The breakfast is great and it’s located right at the beach.Additionally the staff on the beach was amazing. Always desinfecting the chairs and if you wanted something they were always there well. Service overall was really good. We will definitely come back. 100% recommended.

This is an amazing hotel, with excellent staff. We stayed for 17 nights, but we wish we would stay more. Great location, great food, great energy, great rooms. We books as well club lounge, is a great place if you need to combine your vacation with work. Specially we would like to highlight the work of Tatiana and Diana-guest relation managers, they took great care of us 24/7. And Ahmed and Hamza, who always were extremely friendly, taking care about our breakfast. All in all 100% recommended and big thank you to the team ️

It was a such a nice break after staying in downtown. Perfect place to relax and chill on the beach. Room was just like the pictures. Breakfast was amazing! If you go do ask for Alwin he was so helpful during our stay. The entire staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Definitely recommend it.
