Our hotel recommended this restaurant. We arrived at 2:20am and we were badly welcomed. The lady told us that she was closed but the delivery guy corrected her that they should be open until 2:45am. She took our order and she made us feel like she wants to kick us out of the place. I hope that you work on your customer service and address this issue.

Fast delivery. Both pizza and pasta are still hot when we received the delivery. Pizza crust tastes excellent. Pasta is so yummy. Really value for money.

Pathetic and cheaters I’m looking for no starts or rather minus stars for this restaurant i have taken ordered from zomato at 9:30 pm and my ordered supposed to reach at 10:30 I have waited till it showed the order is on the way and even the zomato guys played saying that order will be reaching on 15 minutes after 15 minutes again I ve reached to check my order in 2 minutes they said I will get the order and I waiting for 15 more minutes then they say order has been cancelled looks like this pizza shop is a scam and I’ve called the customer service they literally didn’t even helped they charged my money and I slept hungry on that day. I strongly recommend don’t eat from here.

It must be a pie base, thats not what we got. Its a thick base like all the pizza places. We go to you for the pie base. Not happy at all. Will not buy again from you

I spoke to Jenny ! The 1st time I spoke with her, ai requested her that the delivery guy shouldn't ring my bell, but just call me.... She said yes to that And the driver rang my Bell. I called her again and told her the scenario but she said that it's not her fault and told me that I had requested her but it's none of her fault and when I said I am going to complain, she said pls do, she doesn't care..... I do not want someone losing her Job on this but please make sure that your customer service knows that they are dealing with customers, not cattle or cardboards or illiterates..... It's Dubai, where the consumer rights are strongest thanks to the government.... Please ask you employees to treat consumers like they are supposed to..... Thanks guys

Really great and affordable place for pizza. It could give other pizza chains a run for its money. They have nice ambiance, decent amount of seating area on the first floor and two seating areas on the ground floor. I have tried their sandwiches which are not good so I have docked off a point for that but their pizzas are great. Their vegetarian pizzas are pretty good too! They also accept Zomato gold for now
