Last time I was at The One Jumeirah, was in 2013 and I had a wonderful dinner at an Italian Restaurant with my friends and it was absolutely wonderful. I've been visiting The One since it was built well before the Dubai Marina was constructed and it has always maintained an excellent level of quality and service and I look forward to going back time and again.
Place is full of nice furniture & accessories.. staff were very friendly and helpful.. I got WOW offer from them where I saved 1000 AED for UAE national day .. though I could not replec bed I bought cause it bought it a month back yet it is the policy, but still satisfied
Horrible customer service, they informed me delivery will be in four days and i was fine with it , the next message i got from whatsapp they specified for me a timing which doesnt suit me ,and the next available date for delivery if you don’t accept is in a week . Is this customer service they choose when its best for them to deliver and i told them ill cancel my order if you don’t deliver at my convenience timings and the agent said we can cancel if you like .
