My car was total loss by accident in last month.within a month they clear all paperwork and given a good value of my car by cheque,Good service.especially Ms.Preetha sukesh,in total loss department Peoples are complaining about call center.but if you reach a person directly then u can easily call them next time by their direct extension..

Such bad reviews... show how bad managers behave with thier employees.....employee attitude is the result of bad management system... Don't blame the employees.. That was just thier frustration...Managers must know how to behave with thier employees...... They must try to build trust with thier employees. I blame the Management not employees.

I wouldn’t even give one star! I have never dealt with such incompetence! I don’t use this company, however, the person who drove into me does so I have no choice. They have taken four days and got nowhere! Every time I speak to them they cut the call or transfer me- that’s IF they even answer. They are now closed until Saturday and I am stuck without a courtesy car. If you are thinking of using this company- I URGE you not to! SHOCKING customer service!

I had a super smooth claim service experience from them for my motor car. Actually one does not have to go to the insurance company at all. I took my car to one of the panel auto garages and they processed the claim on my behalf. I got a rent a car till the repair was done. The garage offered me pick up and drop as well. It was an amazing experience altogether
